The Challenge

Roy needed to invoice clients and wanted to simplify the payment process. He searched for a tool to add payment QR codes to PDF invoices created in Word or Excel—standard tools used by freelancers and small businesses worldwide. To his surprise, nothing existed.

The Market Gap:

create.invoice-qr.com - Invoice QR Generation SaaS React and Firebase-powered application enabling businesses to generate standardized EPC QR codes for invoices created in any tool. Upload PDF invoice, system extracts payment details, generates compliant QR code, customers scan with mobile banking app and pay instantly. Integrated Stripe subscription management, user authentication, and freemium model (3 free invoices monthly, €4.90/month for 20+ codes). Built complete user dashboard for invoice management and QR code history.

pay.invoice-qr.com - Supplier Invoice Payment Tool After building the invoice creation tool, Roy realized the technology solved another problem: paying supplier invoices. Developed second application where businesses upload all supplier PDF invoices, system generates QR codes on-the-fly, enables instant mobile banking transfers to multiple suppliers without manual IBAN entry. Dramatically simplifies accounts payable workflows.

AI-Powered QR Code Validation Implemented dual-AI validation system ensuring QR code accuracy.
